Tutoring Center Assessment

The TC conducted two assessments during 2010-11, focus groups and peer evaluation surveys.

FOCUS GROUPS

Fifteen students and three professional staff members from outside the TC met to discuss TC services and generate ideas for the future. Full transcripts of both focus groups may be accessed below:

PEER-EVALUATION SURVEYS

Students using the TC evaluated drop-in tutors, tutor-led study groups, and the TC overall. Numerical ratings and complete student comments are available for each category below:
