2011-13 Draft SCOT Analyses (Strengths, Challenges, Opportunities and Threats)
By November 15, 2009, the university and each university planning unit submitted a preliminary SCOT Analysis (Strengths, Challenges, Opportunities and Threats) focusing on the 2011-2013 biennium. Initial drafts are included below with links to Western’s web discussion forum. We welcome comments and questions from the university community.
President Shepherd met with the University Planning and Resources Council (UPRC) on November 18, 2009, to discuss these updated SCOTs, as well as to discuss planning unit proposed initiatives (below) for 2011-2013 that identify connections to unit or university-level strategic analyses, vision, and plans.
