Access the SCOT SharePoint Site

Instructions

1. Click the link: https://sp-vpsa.wwu.edu/sites/VPSA/
2. A login screen that looks like this will pop up...
   
3. Enter your Novell user name and password (that you use to log in to your computer each morning)
   Example
   User name: mallors
   Password: ********
4. If you receive an error message, try placing wwu\ before your user name...
   Example
   User name: wwu\mallors
   Password: ********
5. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll reach a screen that looks like this...
   
6. You can access the draft SCOT Analysis and the feedback collected at the Division-Wide meeting by going to “Shared Documents” (circled in red, below) and clicking on the document you want; both documents are posted in two formats – as a Word document and as a PDF.
   
7. Once you’ve had a chance to review the draft SCOT Analysis, share your feedback and suggestions on the “Team Discussion” board (see blue square, above). Or, send an email directly to the Vice President’s Office at vpsa.office@wwu.edu
