I first discovered Nia here at Western in 2013 and have been hooked ever since! No matter what physical, mental or emotional state I’m in, Nia helps me seek a healthier balance within myself and gives me the opportunity to connect to universal joy in community with others. Wanting to strengthen and deepen my Nia practice, I completed the Nia White Belt Intensive in April 2016, and the Nia Moving to Heal Training in August 2016. As a Nia White Belt teacher, I’m delighted and honored to share this gift of joyful movement with you. I invite you to come dance with us and find out how good you can feel!
