Gina grew up taking ballet and loving all forms of dance and movement, so when she finally found her way to a yoga class it was a perfect fit. She is very passionate about the benefits yoga can bring to your life and to your physical health. She loves teaching and being able watching people find strength they didn't know they had. Gina is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and a certified Group Fitness Instructor.
