Melanie’s journey with movement began in pre-school dance class, and she’s been moving ever since. Yoga spilled into her life, beginning with the physical poses, adding on with Ayurvedic health practices, then growing with philosophical and meditative applications. As she goes on her 9th year of this partnership with yoga, it continues coloring the picture of her life in new and exciting ways. This is what drives her to share yoga with anyone who’s interested.
