Spin Class is now full for Fall Quarter.
Spin Class Description:
This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. Try as a class on its own or as part of the Triathlon package! All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle!
We also have some new spin bikes that use an awesome new color system that Caitlin has been trained in. We can't wait for you to try it out!
Location: Rec Center Studio 222 - Make sure to bring your ID to get in the Rec Center!
Days: Mondays Noon-1
- Start Date: 10/9
- End Date: 12/11
- Caitlin is out of town on Monday 10/2 so class will begin on 10/9
- Wednesday December 20th will be our Indoor Triathlon from Noon-1 so save the date!
