Coached Swimming will work with you to define your goals, improve your technique, and increase your swimming endurance.
Our swim sessions cover it all:
- Drills (to improve technique)
- Skill sets
- Speed sets
- Endurance sets
- Be able to complete 25 yards with face in the water

- Swim Cap (Recommended)
Location: Student Rec Center Pool - Make sure to bring your ID to get in the Rec Center!
Time: Fridays Noon-1. Class will begin at 12:10 to allow for people to change and get in the pool, and end at 12:45 to allow for shower time after. Class will meet in the pool.
Class Date Information:
- Class begins Friday 9/29
- Class ends on Friday 12/15
- Wednesday December 20th will be our Indoor Triathlon from Noon-1 so save the date!
