Take a break in your day and return to your job feeling refreshed and energized. Instructor Susan D'Onofrio has been teaching yoga for over 30 years and thinks of yoga as a journey of self-discovery. Practicing yoga encourages us to move more compassionately and mindfully through Life. She offers personal attention to her students - whether they are experienced or beginners - and her approach is gentle, supportive, patient, and enthusiastic.

It is recommended that you bring your own mat.
