Mondays from 12:15-12:45 with Ronna now in Old Main 435

New Class Description:

Meditation Monday is a 30-minute class that explores the powerful benefits of mindfulness meditation: a perfect anchor to begin your week in a calm and centered space. Long-time meditator? Just getting started? Everyone is welcome – please join us!

The class will offer instruction on breathing techniques, posture, and tips for mind/body awareness as we cycle through different meditation practices throughout the quarter, including: sitting meditation, walking meditation, body scan awareness practices, mindful movement, loving-kindness meditation, and listening meditation.

Participants are welcome to use the seating available, sit on the floor or bring personal cushions/meditation benches. You don’t even need to change your clothes for class – come as you are!

    • No class on Monday 11/13, Ronna is out of town. Room is still reserved for self practice.
