Sisters of Color International

Sisters of Color International (SOCI) bring together feminist women of color in celebration of themselves and commitment to social justice. SOCI was founded in Chicago in 1991 after a walk out the previous year by the Women of Color Caucus of the national Women Studies Association. Since then, we have had several national and regional meetings.
