Facilities Development Services
Design
Design services are provided for small in-house projects as well as the management of large public works projects utilizing in-house professionals or outside consultants and contractors. Facilities Development provides architectural and engineering services for the majority of construction projects on campus.
Construction Administration
This service provides management of construction projects generally over $5 million in value. Provisions include full-time on-site representatives who oversee the construction and coordinate the activities between construction contractors and the University.
