VIRTUAL Education and Health Career Fair

Join us for our Education & Health Career Fair in a new VIRTUAL format! We are excited to host you virtually in our Viking CareerLink platform featuring video chats, queueing and multiple representatives engaging with students simultaneously. This event is open to all hiring organizations that meet our EO requirements and adhere to our recruiting policies. Registration be completed online via Viking Career Link.
This event largely draws students from:
- Speech Pathology
- Educatioin-all types
- School and Mental Health Counseling
- School Administration
- Pre-Audiology,pre-Occupational and pre-Physical Therapy
- Other health and education related majors
Students at all class levels attend this event and it is open to all majors.
As a participating employer you will:
- Meet highly motivated candidates for career and internship opportunities
- Fill your talent pipeline with resumes from qualified students and soon-to-be graduates
- Increase awareness of your organization and opportunities

We hope that these short demo videos will inspire you to mark your calendars for upcoming virtual career fairs to be held Winter Quarter to network with Western Students and Alumni!
Conditions of Participation
Western is an inclusive institution. Organizations must agree to our EO policy and abide by our recruiting policies. You can review policies here.
Your company or organization will be included in our pre-event publicity including an online list of employers attending (with website links). Career Services will contact students, staff and faculty prior to the event to let them know which employers are participating, what positions organizations have been posted in Viking CareerLink, and whether or not organizations plan to conduct interviews following the fair.
If you are interested in hosting virtual interviews following the career fair, be sure to let us know. We use this information to let students know more about employers that are actively hiring! Please contact us if you’d like assistance with building an interview schedule.
- Login to the Viking Career Link database (see instructions below if you do not yet have an account).
- Select the event name to open the event registration form.
- Complete the form and be sure to hit “Submit.”
*Please Note: If you do not have an established Viking CareerLink account, you must first create one. Select “Employer/Recruiter” then select, “Register.” Within 2 business days you will be notified that your account has been approved. You can then login to Viking CareerLink and register for the event. For assistance setting up an account, resetting your account password, or completing a fair registration contact Britta.Eschete@wwu.edu.

Payment may be made via invoice or credit card and the method will be selected on the registration form. If you choose to pay by invoice, invoices will be generated 5-10 days after the event. Payment is not required prior to your participation. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will receive link via email at the billing address designated in your confirmation message. All unpaid credit card registrants will be converted to an invoice after the event. Payment of invoices may still be made by credit card.
No refunds will be given for cancellations within one week of the event. Unpaid registrations cancelled within one week will still be required to remit payment.

We’re hosting virtual drop-in hours throughout January and February -please consider attending if you have questions about the registration process, event logistics or would just like to say “hello” in advance of the Winter Career Fair Season!
