Information for Participating School Representatives

(Note - this is not a job recruitment event):



Event Time Frames

8:00 - 10:00AM  Shuttle transports vendors between off-campus park-and-ride and campus
10:00AM - 2:00PM  NO SHUTTLE service while event is in progress
2:00PM  Shuttle service to the park-and-ride lot resumes


Amenities

We provide a 3’x 6’ table and two chairs (but no table drape). One vehicle parking pass and one boxed lunch per registration are provided.


Lodging

Click on www.bellingham.org for Bellingham lodging information. Some hotels [i.e. Four Points Sheraton] offer a discounted state/government or “Western Rate” to employers and recruiters participating at a WWU event.


Conditions of Participation

Registration Fees

$125 provides one on-site table and chair set up, parking for one vehicle, and one lunch. Additional lunches can be purchased at $15 each via the online registration form.

You may choose the following payment options at the time you register through Western’s Viking CareerLink system:

Invoice:
If you choose to pay by invoice, invoices will be generated within 5 days after the event. Payment is not required prior to your participation.

Credit Card:
If you choose to pay by credit card, you will receive an email at the billing address designated within 3 days after your registration is approved, to submit your payment. All unpaid credit card registrants will be converted to an invoice after the event. Payment of invoices may still be made by credit card.

No refunds will be given for no-shows or for cancellations within one week of the event. Unpaid registrations cancelled within one week or that no-show will still be required to remit payment.

  1. Login to Viking CareerLink (select Employer/Recruiter)
  2. Select the WWU Health Professional & Graduate School Fair 2019 event registration

*Please Note: If you do not have an established Viking CareerLink account, you must first create one via Viking CareerLink (select Employer/Recruiter) then select, “Register.” Within 2 business days you will be notified that your account has been approved. You can then login to Viking CareerLink and register for the event. For assistance setting up an account, resetting your account password, or completing a fair registration contact Britta.Eschete@wwu.edu.



Event Confirmation

Confirmations will be e-mailed approximately two weeks prior to the event date. Receipt of confirmation is your authorization to participate in this event.


Pre-Shipping

Address pre-shipped materials to:

Pre-shipped materials must be received by 5 p.m. October 13. Avoid surprises. Confirm delivery of shipped materials through your carrier’s online tracking system (FedEx, UPS, etc.).

At this event, we DO NOT feature literature from non-registered programs.


Parking

Western utilizes its off-campus Lincoln Creek Park-and-Ride, at 800 Lincoln Street, exit 252 off I-5 (see map), for all event participant parking. A “Bellair” shuttle will transport you from the parking lot to the info fair venue. Expect extended wait periods between shuttle runs. There are covered bus stops available for use during wait periods. Please arrive at least an hour (or more!) before the event starts to ensure that you are shuttled and set up at the venue before the doors open to students at 10:00 a.m.
