As a new or returning student or employee at Western, you have received a Universal Account. This provides you with access to a number of technology resources. New students will be able to activate their Universal Account after enrollment confirmation has been processed. New employees can activate their Universal Accounts after their employment documents have been processed.
- The account activation process will ask you to:
- verify your identity with your Western ID (W number) and PIN
- establish 5 security questions/answers in case you forget your password at some point in the future
- create a password
- remember your Universal Username and Password
