Unless Tuesday meeting is noted due to holiday, all 2022-23 meetings Monday at 4 p.m.
Unless otherwise noted, meetings will be held in Old Main 340 (the Board of Trustees room) with a remote access option via Zoom.
Meetings will be livestreamed and recorded to YouTube (see agendas for links).
Due to limited meeting room capacity, guests should attend remotely and may contact the Faculty Senate Office to request Zoom access

Due to limited meeting room capacity and the need for social distancing, guests should request remote access. Originators of Curriculog proposals included in each agenda will automatically receive meeting materials and Zoom registration links via Outlook.

Executive Committee of the ACC: Meetings take place on alternate Tuesdays.
To Recorders of College Curriculum Minutes: An electronic copy of the minutes (.docx format) of College Curriculum and Standing Committees are due in the Faculty Senate office Tuesday at 4 pm one week prior to each ACC meeting (unless an earlier date is otherwise noted) for review and inclusion with finalized agendas. The minutes deadline for each meeting is listed after the meeting date.
Curricular items will be added to the ACC agenda when they are reported in curriculum minutes. Expedited review of temporary course proposals with approaching registration dates may be requested in advance of submission of curriculum minutes by sending email notification to the Faculty Senate office and ACC Chair with the subject line “Expedited ACC review requested for [course]”.
Departments, programs, and colleges should be mindful of the time required for all curricular approval steps, including committees conducting secondary review, such as the Graduate School Curriculum Committee, CUE, and TCCC.
University Planning and Resources Council (UPRC)
