The Fund for the Enhancement of Graduate Student Research offers awards to assist graduate students' thesis research and production.
Awards may be made for equipment, computer software, consumable items, travel, etc. Requests should be confined to activities or equipment that are central to the student's thesis and which are not available through the Department. Any permanent equipment acquired using award funds becomes University property.
All students currently enrolled, and in good standing, in graduate programs at Western Washington University are eligible to apply for research funding and may apply at any time during their graduate curriculum.
Funding from other agencies may be found through the link to the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs. If you need clarification or assistance, contact Tracey Finch at(360)650-6578 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
