Study Skills

Solid study skills are the foundation for academic excellence. Tutoring Center services help students develop an overall strategy to achieve academic success and provide information about specific study skills to help along the way.

Contact the TC to schedule presentations for classes, residence halls, and other campus groups, and choose from a wide range of topics for a customized presentation to meet your needs.

Students can e-mail, call 650-3855, or stop by the TC to set up appointments with trained and empathetic study skills tutors who will provide individualized, one-on-one assistance.

On-line materials, available in the links to the left, allow students to read about specific study skills and develop competence at their own pace.
