Global Gourmets Banquet
Global Gourmets is Western's premier international event. Coordinated by International Student & Scholar Services, the Institute for Global Engagement, and University Catering, this annual dinner showcases the cultures and cuisines of Western international students. Student volunteers work with the University's executive chef to reproduce authentic dishes from their home countries, which form the centerpiece of this elegant event. As guests enjoy taste traditions from around the world, each student shares a short presentation on their country and the significance of their chosen dish. A truly special occasion, Global Gourmets offers the University and Bellingham communities an opportunity to celebrate and connect with the world at Western.

If you will be driving and are not familiar with campus, it is recommended that you consult the Parking Guide. Lots 6V, 11G, and 14G are closest to the library (WL on the map) and have public, metered parking after 4:30pm.
