Business Services is comprised of a collaboration of important functions from across the University who together strive to deliver to the campus community the utmost in customer service, value, and support. From Transport Services to Procurement, the staff are all dedicated to the success of each campus department, the University, and the community.All stakeholders are encouraged to explore this highly comprehensive site but are always free to contact the Business Services highly capable staff with any questions on the services they provide.

Central Services

This is where you will find information on moving your office to a new location, finding surplus furnishings and office equipment such as filing cabinets, and the proper way to dispose of your overflow of office furnishings or equipment.

Contract Administration (CMM)

The Contract Administration department facilitates all aspects of contracts at Western. This includes the solicitation, awarding, management, and monitoring of all contracts for Western Washington University.

Mail Services

Mail Services provides the internal campus mail at Western, as well as collecting and sending business mail through USPS. In this area you will find links to metering, FedEx, information about campus mail, and references.
