The Career Services Center is operating in-person with virtual options as well! Please see our events calendar for the most up-to-date information. We are committed to supporting your recruiting and talent needs.

It is our mission and passion to connect companies and organizations with our talented students and alumni! Here are some ways to connect and engage.

Attend Career Fairs & Events

We host several career fairs and recruiting events each year. These events provide access to hundreds of students who are interested in internship opportunities and open positions. Check out our Events Calendar to see upcoming events.

Create a Micro-Internship

Micro-Internships are short-term projects that can typically be completed within 10-40 hours and are due within a few days to a few weeks. These projects require no on-boarding and can be completed by a college student with minimal instruction. These are important but low-risk tasks that aren’t the best use of your time. These projects complement existing internship and campus recruiting programs by providing opportunities to engage prospective candidates’ year-round—even while they are taking classes. Visit WWU’s Parker Dewey webpage to view sample projects, find out how the process works and view FAQs.

Interview On Campus

On campus recruiting is a terrific opportunity for employers to interview a pool of applicants directly on campus. We can offer anything from access to space to a full pre-select process in which you screen applicants’ materials prior to your interview day.

Host an Information Session or Info Table

Engage with students directly by sharing about your organization and industry. We will handle logistics and promote to students, as well as help recommend days or times based on a particular audience or the academic calendar.

Join our Employer Partner Program

For organizations who are looking to increase their presence on campus, enhance recruiting efforts and support the services of the Career Services Center, we offer an Employer Partners Program. This program offers increased visibility and perks for our Employer Partners in recognition of their contributions. For more information, contact Effie Eisses at Effie.Eisses@wwu.edu.

Please review our Recruiting Policies to ensure your organization and opportunities are eligible to recruit at WWU.
