Marketing is more than just sales and advertising - it means satisfying the wants and needs of customers by building mutually beneficial relationships between organizations and customers. This program provides students with coursework that is intellectually stimulating and directly useful in today's marketing profession. Students study marketing as it relates to a variety of activities in new product development, pricing strategies/implementation, various communications including advertising, digital media, personal selling, distribution, management of services, and brand management.

Internships
Students can complete a for-credit marketing internship through MKTG 480 that consists of a minimum of 160 hours of work under the direct supervision of qualified working professionals.
Scholarships
The College of Business and Economics offer annual scholarships which students apply for in Winter quarter and are awarded the following academic year. CBE’s commitment includes supporting BIPOC students, LGBTQ+ students, women, students with disabilities and more.

Organizations and Clubs
The Student Marketing Association (SMA) is a group of students looking to develop and practice the marketing skills learned in a classroom setting. SMA hosts professional readiness workshops, speakers, mixers, and other networking opportunities.
